Refunds, cancellations and disputes
La Ponina sells no physical goods: with your card you buy points or deposit dollars to put on the poninas.
What you pay by card
- You pay by card, in US dollars (USD).
- What you deposit stays on the site to put on the poninas. Only winnings leave the site.
- Points you buy are for putting on poninas. They are never exchanged for money, and they do not expire.
When what you put comes back
- If a ponina is voided, everything you put goes back to your balance, in full.
- If nobody put on the other side, what you put goes back to your balance, in full. On a ponina with a La Ponina prize, if your side wins, you collect what you put plus the prize.
- If nobody put on the side that won, everyone gets back what they put, in full.
- What comes back is not winnings: it stays on your balance to put on the poninas.
- The song fund: if the song does not come out, we give you all your money back.
- A banned account loses everything: its balance, its winnings and its points stay with La Ponina.
Cancellations
- What you put on a ponina cannot be cancelled.
- When a ponina goes to «Confirmando», it closes: no more money or points go in.
- A «Presentado por» banner is paid by the month. If the ponina ends earlier, the banner stays until the month ends. Taking a banner down returns no money.
Disputes and claims
- La Ponina's rules decide every claim: wrong payout details, a wrong amount or a late cancellation.
- While a ponina is in «Confirmando», La Ponina reviews what happened. With the ponina open or in «Confirmando», anyone with an account can send evidence with «Mandar prueba».
- La Ponina decides every result.
- La Ponina is not responsible if someone gets into your account.
